14. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We offer free size exchanges and returns minus shipping costs for Spain and Portugal, provided that:

  • The garment is in perfect condition.

  • No more than 15 calendar days have passed since delivery.

Christmas and Three Kings' Day: From December 1st to January 14th , we accept special exchanges and returns.

SIZE CHANGES

  2. Required Information: Include your email address, phone number, full address (including postal code), and personal information. If your address has changed, please let us know. Specify your availability to meet with the delivery person, and if you're only available on certain days, clearly indicate this.

  3. Confirmation: We will inform you of the pickup date. Correos Express will generally pick up the item the next school day from the original order address, unless you have indicated a change.

  4. Condition of the garment: The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed, and wrapped in the original bag or similar.

RETURNS

  1. Contact: Write to numabarefoot@gmail.com including your full name, order number (#2908, for example), and the reason for the refund.

  2. Required Information: Include your email address, phone number, full address (including postal code), and personal information. If your address has changed, please let us know. Specify your availability to meet with the delivery person, and if you're only available on certain days, clearly indicate this.

  3. Confirmation: We will coordinate pickup with Correos Express for the next school day at the original order address, unless you have indicated a change.

  4. Condition of the garment: The garment must be in perfect condition, with tags, unworn and unwashed, and in the original bag or similar.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund less the shipping costs .

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN THE REST OF EUROPE

The cost of shipping is borne by the customer and is €15.00 .

15. PURCHASE PROCESS
